Meet Thando Zwane.
Thando Zwane · Founder & Creative Director.
Tea House Interiors was founded by Thando Zwane, a creative whose journey into interior design was shaped by storytelling, atmosphere, and a deep appreciation for the emotional experience of space.
With undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Film and Television, Thando's creative foundation began in the world of visual storytelling — where mood, texture, lighting, and composition are carefully crafted to evoke feeling.
After transitioning into the procurement and creative department of a construction company, she discovered a profound passion for interior spaces and the process of bringing them to life from concept to completion. It was there that her love for design, spatial flow, and sensory living truly took root — and Tea House Interiors was born.
At just 26 years old, Thando brings a fresh yet intentional perspective to luxury interiors — blending cinematic storytelling with refined design sensibility.
